AI Smart Home & IT Support Copilot
Through our AI Lab initiative, we plan to develop an AI Smart Home & IT Support Copilot, combining connected devices, security-camera events, home automation platforms, and advanced language models.
The problem
Vietnamese households and small businesses struggle with fragmented smart-home apps, a flood of camera notifications, and a lack of on-site IT support for everyday network issues.
Our proposed product
Our proposed product aims to help Vietnamese households and small businesses interact with technology naturally, understand security events, and receive practical IT assistance.

Where Claude fits
We are exploring Claude API as a potential foundation for natural-language understanding, event summarization, and intelligent technical support.

Research & development roadmap
Phase 1 – Platform research
Hands-on testing of Home Assistant, Frigate NVR, cameras, IoT devices and on-device AI features, documented in public articles and videos.
Phase 2 – Prototype
Vietnamese assistant prototype connected to Home Assistant via API; camera-event summarization and device Q&A using Claude API.
Phase 3 – Controlled pilot
Lab testing and a small group of volunteer users; evaluate accuracy, latency, cost and privacy.
Phase 4 – Solution packaging
Package as a service for households and small offices, combined with our existing deployment and support services.
